EMCCS-FENS Satellite meeting 2016 is also the 1st Join Meeting of EMCCS and EBBS

The European Molecular and Cellular Cognition Society (EMCCS) is an international association whose purpose is to advance the understanding of the molecular, cellular and network mechanisms that underlie cognitive function, and to promote education and public understanding of studies and findings in the field, including implications to health and society.

The European Brain and Behavior Society (EBBS) is aimed to the exchange of information between European scientists interested in the relationship of brain mechanisms and behavior. The EBBS organizes a General Meeting every two years. In addition, topic-centered workshops are held.

This year  the two societies join forces to organize this satellite event just before FENS.The meeting will survey recent discoveries in the fields of molecular and cellular cognition with special emphasis on behavioral neuroscience.
